HMS Trincomalee in Hartlepool Historic Quay
Finally the north winds have eased a little and it's time to press on to Hartlepool. Yorkshire accents give way to Durham accents (it's amazing how quickly they change!) and a very pleasant berth for the night. Time for a quick sortie around the dockyard, including a visit to the Historic Quay to see the oldest warship (1817) still afloat anywhere in the world.
