Eastbourne to Dover

The forecast was for a rainy day, so I set out early from Eastbourne in full wet weather gear. As it turned out, there were a few light showers but it was mostly dry with a nice southerly breeze to help me along, so it didn't take long to round Dungeness and head up to Dover. The visibility was rather poor so I didn't see much of the coastline until I started to approach Dover and caught sight of the White Cliffs.

With winds of 40-50 mph forecast for tomorrow, I decided to leave the boat at Dover and grab a taxi home. The final leg from Dover round to the Swale will have to wait until the conditions improve.
