Leg 11 - Amble to, er, Barham

I've become a bit stuck in my quest to press on up to Scotland. While the wind is from the North or North East, there are few places that are safe to enter or offer good shelter beyond Amble, so I'm waiting for the wind to change or for conditions to become a bit more settled. In the meantime, I've come back to supervise my father's move to a new care home and make sure he settles in OK.

The weather looks set to improve later on next week so hopefully I'll be able to get back on track then!
