From Falmouth, I headed on towards Plymouth. Had two more dolphin encounters, but they showed only marginal interest. They came to the boat, but didn't hang around.
It was perfect sailing weather, and I decided not to go into Plymouth to stay in the marina. Instead, I dropped anchor in Plymouth Sound and had a very peaceful night.
As I get ever closer to home, I have very mixed emotions. On the one hand, I'm looking forward to sleeping in my own bed and enjoying all the comforts of home. On the other hand, there's a sadness that it's nearly over, and that all the challenging sailing is behind me now.
